Shula just loved the beach.

Big Sister Shula

I have a new baby sister! I call the baby “him” and “he”, but my parents keep telling me it’s “her” and “she”. Why are they so picky?

For more info, see my Abba’s blog.

Oh yeah. I also like my pirate costume.

The Look

I was looking through our photos, looking for pictures for Shula’s 2nd year album, when I stumbled on this from March. Pretty intense for an almost-2 year old.

Love to Travel

July 27th, 2006

Shula loves to travel. Planes, buses, and airports are all exciting.

Waiting 1.5 hours for a rental car wasn’t so good, though.

Here’s a shot of Shula enjoying her bus ride (What? No car seat or seat belts?! This is the life!).

Happy Birthday, Shula!

Fire Trucks!

February 12th, 2006

Today, Abba took me to the fire station and one of the fire fighters invited us in to look at the truck! We always see fire trucks with lights and sirens going down the street from our house.

I think Abba was more excited than I was. I was a little afraid of the big truck. The fire fighter showed me where the driver sits and where the fire fighters sit in the back. He showed me the hoses and even one of the yellow helmets!

I wanted to leave after seeing the helmet, but I hope I can go back soon.
